Damaged by cannon fire on the return from a mission to Gotha, GR and crashed at Hill Farm, Sternfield, Suffolk on 24 Feb 1944 in B-24H #42-7574 'Henry's Pride'. Crew baled out, but Miller baled out too low and was killed. Killed in Action (KIA)
