Took off from Debach on an operational mission to Laon Airfield, France. On return at 9945 hrs a/c spun in and crashed at Foxboro Hall Farm, Melton, Suffolk, while attempting emergency landing. A/C was returning from operations in Chievres with one engine out. All crew were killed.
