Night operational B-24 Group: one half themisions suppling the underground at lowlevel over Denmark and Norway, and the other half flying with the RAF bomber streamover Germany as the diversionary force at 18,000 ft. We were known as the 'Carpetbaggers'. Last bombing mission April 15th over Germany (Munich). Last underground supply mission April 23rd near Oslo, Norway
