Flew 25 missions flying Happy Goose #42-97298 over to UK. A/c was then assigned to 303rd BG. Donald Lowe crew. He wrote up the mission of August 8 1944, target German troop concentration south of Caen, flying at low altitude. Flak was extremely heavy - three planes failed to make it back.
