Alec Norman Jennison trained on Course 19 at Falcon Field from 8 December 1943 and graduated on 17 June 1944.
Alec was born and grew up in Idle, a village near Bradford in Yorkshire. He attended Bradford Grammar School.
While training in Arizona he met a local girl and after graduation kept in touch. He intended to return to Arizona after the war to marry her. Tragically he was killed in a training accident while flying an Anson Mk 1 over the Irish Sea from RAF Jurby, Isle of Man on 16th April 1945. He was 24.

The wreckage was never found and he is commemorated on panel 267 of the RAF Runnymede Memorial.
