Leonard D Boisclair
MilitarySSgt.Leonard Boisclare flew on the Ploesti bombing mission as the waist gunner on Jack Dieterle's B-24D, 42-40722, The Little Gramper. One of its engines was hit by flak and destroyed at Ploesti. The plane made the long trip back to the base at Benghazi, Libya. on three engines. (RTB) 1 Aug 43.
