Lt. Norman Charleson was shot down in the B-24D, SN #42-7603. The plane crashed into North Sea. Killed in Action. 18 November 1943.



Earlier, while he was detached to the 93rd Bomb Group. He had a runway accident at Hardwick in the B-24D, SN #41-23774, 'Hitler's Nightmare'. August 20, 1943,
