42-41158 Sack Time Sally
In September 1943 the 13th was dissolved, and the aircraft were turned over to the 333rd Sub Depot of Grenier Field whilst the 13 A/S sqn awaited the impending moving orders. in December 1943 the squadron was re-named the 493rd BG, 863rd BS. they did this without any aircraft attached.

When the 13th anti-submarine squadron was disbanded in September 1943, the aircraft were turned over to the 333rd Sub Depot of Grenier Field. (from the 13th A/S sqdn monthly history September 1943)
After a temporary assignment to the 471st BG, the 13th A/S squadron became the 493rd BG, 863rd BS in November 1943.
However, this aircraft did make it to McCook, Nebraska, with the 493rd BG where it was listed in an accident report :-

Note it was listed with the 861st BS at the time.
