Telephonic interview, on 21SEP2016, with the original Tail Gunner, SSG Robert D. Abney, who was hospitalized with frostbite on the day of the mission his plane was lost. He had trained in the Untied States with and knew the entire crew with the exception of SSG Lyle Jones who was a substitute Tail Gunner on the last mission of "Sugarfoot".
