Silberplatten, Nesslau, Switzerland 21 July 1944 - 21 July 1944 Damaged at 1040 hours in the area of Munich, Germany, and no. 1 engine was feathered. Bombs were salvoed before hitting the target, and the aircraft left formation and headed for Switzerland. All crew bailed out before crash.
