Bio

I am a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (MRAeS), Founder and Life President of the RAF Burtonwood Association. We have membership in the US and UK plus a Heritage Centre at Gulliver's World, Warrington. We hold annual reunions in the US and in the UK every two years and I edit a quarterly 24 page magazine, Burtonwood Times. I am a founder member of the Airfield Research Group. I am also the historian for 611 Sqn RAuxAF; RAF Woodvale and currently work with AHB (RAF), English Heritage and RAF Heritage recording RAF bases for archiving. We have two books on RAF Burtonwood, one unfortunately out of print. I have written seven other books on UK airfields. Videos relating to various activities at Burtonwood are available.
