Bio

Born in 1962, I am an Author/Historian living in Allhallows, North Kent. My aviation interests are not confined to the armchair though! I have flown Gliders, DeHavilland Chipmunks (when I was an Air Cadet) and more recently, a microlight, but sadly not the Mk IX Spitfire I am pictured in here! I am a Driving Instructor by trade, but also enjoy riding my 1450cc Custom Harley around in my spare time! As well as several newspaper, magazine and online blog articles, I have also written four books, all history related, which have been published by Pen & Sword Books. I also raised the memorial to the crew of the B 17 from the 525BS/379BG which crashed at Allhallows on June 19th 1944..
