Bio

I am the great-nephew of Brig. Gen. Jesse Auton of the 8th Air Force, who was stationed near Safron-Walden during World War II. My great-uncle has always been a fascination of mine as the family does not have a lot of information about him (due to family-related reasons). My daughter discovered your site and the video you have of Gen. Auton, along with Gen Eisenhower, pinning metals on two pilots during the war. It was wonderful to see and hear as Gen. Auton died long before I was born.
