James M. Bradley - -8th AF, 96th Bomb Group, 339th Squadron - England. Wounded June 1942. Shot down over France Jan 1943. Rescued and hidden by the French undergound for 6 months. Awarded the: DFC by Col Old., The Air Medial with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Purple Heart, Europe Africa Middle East Theater Ribbon with 2 Bronze Service Stars. Born in Elida, NM, Sept 4, 1921. Died: Sublimity, OR July 5, 2012. Married to Ruth Virginia Cramer, - May 4, 1946. (Deceased Jan 28, 2010). Survived by daughter Deborah Ayers (James - Vancouver, WA) and son John (Jack) Bradley (Halfway, OR). 3 Grand daughters (Brandy, Tracy and Jennifer). 9 Great Grand children and 1 great great grandchild
