Bio

Son of Harold (Scotty) Motz, who served as navigator for 35 missions on the Westrope crew in the 708th Squadron, 447th Bomb Group, in the summer and fall of 1944. My father died in 1995, and I've realized that we are reaching a critical point in remembering the veterans of the 8th Air Force. Harold's children, each with their own mementos and memories, are now living in different parts of the U.S. and are themselves getting older. So I'm trying to gather as much as possible and put it on the AAMB website so it can be viewed by others.
