491st Bomb Group, May 2009. The final Annual Reunion at the 8th Air Force Museum, Savannah, Georgia, USA. 40 Members were in attendance.
Active Duty, Jan 23, '43 to Oct 13,'45. Radio School at Salt Lake City,Gunnery Course at Tucson, AZ. Assigned to Dave Hicks crew, Flew 31 combat missions. Last mission on 9/11/44. . Taught the Martin Upper Turret to Officers until the war ended in 1995.
