Military ROLL OF HONOUR

On 16-February-1943 in B-17F #42-5175 while serving as Left Waist Gunner the aircraft was damaged by flak and 2 engines were hit on the bomb run over the target at St. Nazaire, France. Sgt Ross was killed and the aircraft crashed near Les Sept Iles, France. Killed in Action (KIA).
