Killed in Action (KIA). Crashed shortly after TO near Hedingham on mission #56 to Kiel in B-17G #42-31278 'Mix Master'. Originally buried in the Cambridge AMC. Original Clore crew member.



Credited with one German fighter destroyed on the 14 October 1943 mission.
