30 December 1943 - 6 May 1944 After landing in parachute near Clermont (Oise Department), France, he was helped, sheltereed, fed, transported through France with the help of French citizens and memebers of the Belgian Comète network. On his way to the Spanish border, he was arrested in a train before reaching Bordeaux.
