Allen Elmer Tamsett
MilitaryEnlisted USAAF in Dec 41 after training at Wichita Falls, TX sent overseas to Northern Island in 1942, assigned to 7th Air Depot Repair Squadron at Warton. As flight engineer he did fly on some missions too when he moved to a Bomb Group near Bury St. Edmunds. Our records indicate this Repair Squadron was transfereed to the 9th AAF in 1944, from the 8th.
