He arrived in England on June 28, 1944

And left there March 29, 1945



DC was first assigned to the Lehr Crew at Horsham St. Faith, July 1944. In October and November 1944 he then flew with the Stoesser crew as their Navigator. In December 1944, DC Allen then flew with the Sullivan crew as their Navigator. From Jan 1945 to the end of his missions Feb 1945, he flew with the Barnhart crew.



He flew back to the States and trained as a Bombardier Instructor in Texas.

His date of relief from active duty was November 19, 1945
