Post War: He returned to Sioux Falls, where he built four transmitter towers and studios for KIHO, now KNWC, and was remote control engineer for KSOO. He broadcast Lutheran Vespers at Eastside Lutheran Church for three years. For a brief time he was co-owner of Ace Neon Signs and then worked for the city of Sioux Falls for 30 years in the parking meter department. He retired in 1983.
