United States Army, WWII, 84th Squadron,47th Bombardment Group (1941-45). Son of Paul and Theresa Rossi Biancardi. Husband of Concetta Serra and later Frances Fregmen Campo. Dr. Biancardi received the Saint Cabrini Gold Medal for Human Services in 2003. He was instrumental in the development of the first emergency services for St Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York.
