Norman Hall married Gillian Conyers Lowe, a native of Lincolnshire, England on September 4th, 1946. The couple would move back to Rhode Island by 1947, where he remained the rest of his life, living in Newport and later Middletown until his death in 2012. The couple would go on to have four children.
