Manuel Acosta
MilitaryManuel Acosta was a Mexican-American painter and illustrator. He entered the service on 20 November 1942 from El Paso, Texas. He had four years of high school, was single, without dependents and his civilian occupation was listed as: “Decorators and window dressers”. Manuel was in the 86th TCS and a member of the 437th TCG Association; he appeared on their roster from 1984 until 1988.
