Assigned to 64TCG, 12AF USAAF in North Africa and then Sicily. Transferred to 90TCS, 438TCG, 9AF USAAF. Flew as co-pilot on lead plane on D-Day drop.
Awards: WWII Victory, EAME.
Post war: Medically retired from Strategic Air Command USAF in 1957.
