Had befriended Sir Eric Teichman who lived near the base at Honingham Hall. Major Parker was invited to pheasant hunt with Sir Eric on several occasions.



George Parker took many of the colour photographs of the 466th Bomb Group that are in the American Air Museum's Roger Freeman Collection.
