1st Lt N J Schultz Jr. is recorded as being the Ordnance Department Liaison Officer who had the immediate dealings with the initial occupancy of the RAF Reserve Ammunition Depot, Wortley. According to US documentation making his initial visit on July 4th 1942. Leaving back to US HQ on July 15th, following the arrival of the full complement of the 65th Ordnance Company on the 13th. RAF ORB documentation recording the arrival of an advance party on July 11th, under Lt. Bell.
