29 March 1944 KIA when, on 29 March 1944, two B24s collided over Henham, a few miles from Halesworth airfield. 9 Crew of the 41-110033 died, and 7 of the 41-28590. During the rescue operations the bomb load of one of the Liberators exploded, killing 6 men from Halesworth.
