Survived a crash landing

Swanton Morley, Dereham NR20, UK 25 July 1944 After his a/c B-24H #41-29402 clipped some trees on takeoff the pilot was able to jettison the bomb load and make an emergency crash landing at RAF Swanton Morley. All of the crew walked away unscathed.
