Chandler, AZ 25 March 1950 He was a passenger and/or possibly the copilot on a North American B-25 that was flying from El Paso, TX to Los Angeles, CA when it blew up and crashed near Chandler, AZ. It was on a tour of several stops which had started in Washington, DC. Foy and the other six men on the aircraft were killed.
