Military ROLL OF HONOURTop Turret gunner B-17F #42-30634 'Liberty Belle' - After leaving formation due to an engine fire on secondary missions to bomb airfilds near Hanover, GR on 21 Feb 1944, A/C was attacked by nine FW190s. Four crewman jumped before the A/C exploded and crashed in the North Sea off Egmond, Holland. Killed in Action (KIA).
