Crash landed near Vicheres and was hidden on a farm by the Rousseaus. He was hidden by the French Underground and later taken to Forest Freteval, near Cloyes. Liberated by Patton's troops in Aug 1944 Evaded (EVD). Ended Tour Duty (ETD).
