RWG, Duncan crew. 381st BG, 532nd BS, 8th AF. Shot down 1 December 1943 in B-17 #42-29506 'Full Boost!'. Mission #46 to the chemical plant at Leverkusen, Germany. Diverted to the steel works at Solinger, Germany. MACR 1578. The aircraft exploded. Sgt Wall was thrown free and rendered unconscious. He awoke in mid air and pulled his ripcord. Prisoner of War at Stalag Luft VI and Luft IV.
