MilitaryAssigned Oct 1944. Crashed near Utrecht on 11/21/44 in B-17 'Jean O' #42-102554. Tried valiantly to stay with the formation after being hit, but eventually had to land near woods which bordered the Appeldorne to Amerfort road in Holland.
