Insufficient power on T/O, hit fence at departure end of r/w severing hydraulic lines. Returned with full bomb and gas load, touched down about on the numbers at 115mph, ran off departure end, crossed three small ditches, a road, a deep ditch, and struck a tree. A/c came to rest on opposite side of ditch with main and nose grear collapsed. RTD
