He was to spend almost two years in Stalag Luft III.

He was later a USAF retiree. His death in April 2000 was reported in the Oct 2001 edition of 306th Echoes.



Awards: POW, WWII Victory, EAME.



Post war: Served in USAF in Korean and Vietnam conflicts. Retiring at the rank of Lt Colonel.
