Larry's Pilot was Bob Sheets-he often told about one mission when an incindiary bomb landed on the wing, they all got ready to bail out and just then the bomb felloff. They buzzed into Yankee Stadium on their way overseas and caused a scare. no one had seen such a large plane. LaQuardia as Mayor and he was mad! ALSO NOTE: Lieutenant. PEACOCK'S PICTURE IS INCLUDED IN THE 'NAVIGATOR'S' DISPLAY CASE EXHIBIT IN THE REAR ROTUNDA.
