Description

5 B-17s are despatched from 305BG/422BS on a night operation to drop 2,292,000 leaftlets on the cities of Antwerp and Brussels, Belgium and Rennes, Brest and Nantes, France. There are no losses or claims, but 1 aircraft sustains damage in a crashlanding due to landing gear collapse. There were no injuries.
