Lt. Donald J Corrigan was the first assigned pilot to the second SX-I (a/c 42-25771) and called it “Agony Wagon.” 352nd FS, 353rd FG. The single kill marking indicates that it is his aircraft (2nd Lt Virgil Johnston had no kills) though the name has yet to be painted on the aircraft in this shot. The name of the ground crewman is unknown.
