FRE 828
IMAGEInjured Staff Sergeant Roland E. "Lefty" Nairn, of the 95th Bomb Group at the 65th General Army Hospital at Blackmore Park. Nairn has written on reverse: 'RE Nairn - AKA Lefty Taken Apr/May 1945 Botesdale, England near Horham Age 23. Wounded 21 Mar 45, HANDORF, Germany. Roger - It was almost a disgrace to be wounded on such an easy "milk run". As I recall flak was meager + fighters including ME262's were few. Will I get your latest book, I understand you have info on each mission. This will be a Good check to see how accurate my memory is Lefty Nairn.'
