IMAGEAnthony Kutter, Uncle of fighter Ace Hubert Zemke, holding a bomb in front of his aircraft during the First World War. Handwritten caption on reverse: 'An uncle of Zemke - Antony Kutter in 1918 (WWI) - who became a pilot for the German Air Forces in the final stages of the war. Had transferred from Infantry. It shows leaning over small bomb. After emigrated to the USA where he established a small cheese factory near Buffalo N.Y. (East [?]). Now dead.'
