I suspect this is actually an RAF 100 Group Mossie from the Bomber Support Development Unit at Swanton Morley. A/C code looks like 05-D as the first and last digits look very different, considering they are supposedly the same - 'D'. Also, 620 Sqn operated Stirlings during the war, and had Sqn code QS.
