IMAGE4th/7th BS pic.with with 18th BS crew.B-17G 34th BG Elite over 60missions and while lasting the B-17 tenure after swaping from the B-24 Liberator Sept.1944- May1945 ..The 34th BG started there first training in 1942 with B-17E models and for War Deployment to a Liberator B-24 training in Blyth,CA ..34th was a training Bombardment Group of nearly all the 8th USAAF and some point. (CC) Dax Jordan (CC) . The Radio Operator and Gunner (and mechanic) on the Missbehaven Raven was Staff Sergeant Paul Frank Ferrara (in picture he is third from the left in the back row). He was in the 34th Bombardment Group, 7th Bomb Squadron. He was decorated with the American Theater Ribbon, European-African-Middle East Ribbon, two Bronze Battle Stars, Air Medal, WWII Victory Medal.
