Personnel of the 91st Bomb Group gather by the damaged nose of B-17G serial 42-37736 "Duke of Paducah" (coded DF-G) of the 324th Bomb Squadron. The damage was the result of a taxi accident involving another Fortress (note the damaged wingtip, left), B-17F serial 42-29895 "The Black Swan" (coded DF-H).
