Lt. Lawrence H. Bouchard, of Ogdensburg, NY, served with the 369th Fighter Squadron, 359th Fighter Group, from April 1943 through 14 August 1944 when, having flown 300 combat hours, Lt. Bouchard was then assigned to Fighter Command. "Frenchy's" aircraft included P-47D IV-L 42-8545 and P-51B IV-L 42-106906, both named "Mary." S/Sgt. Floyd Myers, crew chief; S/Sgt. William Wall, assistant crew chief; Cpl. Henry Plazewski and Cpl. Hugh D. Hairston, armorers; Sgt. Ralph P. Moe, radio.
