Lt. Col. Frederick H. Lefebre served as the C. O. of the 351st Fighter Squadron until February 1945. Lefebre flew P-47D "Chief Wahoo" and later transitioned into the P-51D "Willit Run?" out of Raydon AF, Suffolk, England. Lefebre served from October 20, 1942 until February 1945 and claimed 3.5 aerial victories..
