Wreck of the Consolidated B-24D, 41-23728, named, Hot Stuff, crashed in Iceland, killing fourteen. Among those killed were, Lt. General Frank M. Andrews and Bishop Adna Wright Leonard. Only one member of the crew survived. 2nd Service Group, 4 May 1943. NARA Ref 342-FH-3A00401-C75306AC.
