British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and General Dwight Eisenhower. The photograph was taken by 1st Lt. William T Dooley, Jr., a keen photographer who served with the 67th Reconnaissance Group. Dooley, stationed at LeMolay-Littry Airfield, France, recorded Churchill’s visit on August 7, 1944.
