Monument to the Dead of Constantine, Algeria, photographed by an airman of the 385th Bomb Group. The monument is engraved with the names of more than 800 soldiers from Constantine who died fighting for the French Empire in the First World War. Crews from the 385th Bomb Group landed at the nearby Telerghma airfield, after the Regensburg mission on 17 August 1943. Image stamped on reverse: 'Passed for publication 6 Sept 1943.' [stamp], '282418.' [Censor No.] Printed caption on reverse: '#70, Moslem Church.'
